How to start meditating

  • It should be the first thing to do in the morning after waking up.
  • Meditate as much as you want. 5 minutes daily is enough for many people to clear their thoughts.
  • Sit as comfortable as possible.
  • Close your eyes slowly and concentrate to your breath.
  • Choose a mantra. This can be a word like “peace”, “breath” or anything else and start to repeat it in your head.
  • After some minutes you can stop repeating your mantra and concentrate on your breathing only.
  • If you can’t clear your mind while meditating try to count the number of your breaths.
